Stage 1 Owner’s Journey

More and more people starting businesses these days are doing it from necessity rather than any desire to own a business. That means they are coming at it as an alternative way to doing work and getting paid.
They don’t have the language, the business knowledge, nor even the desire to learn the traditional ways of running a business.
What does that even mean?
I have worked closely with 100s of small business owners and with 1000s more. I studied what the most successful did and why many struggled. What I learned was that the most successful ignored much of the advice they were given and the ones that struggled, worked at ‘getting back to the basics’.
I tore running a business apart to find out what it means and I cracked the code. I designed the Small Business Operating System (SB/OS) to show people how to run a business that focuses on people, not process.
